Dum duh duh dum, duh dum, duh dum...Can't Touch This!

(Yeah, I changed my icon again...this time it's one I made myself ^_^)

The play went great! My parents, my grandma, and all my friends loved it, and I only messed up one line (and that was a little one) on the second night ^_^ The first night was definatly better...our performances were a little shaky by night two, and we had some technical difficulties the second time as well. Even though I had a minor role, a lot of people have been congratulating me on how I did!!
I think the best part was the cast parties, though....night one we went to Denise's and Sparky (a drama club superstar that graduated two years ago) was there...he's doing well. Guess he's leaving Perdu and going to school in Toronto, though....said something about how it's too expensive at Perdu. Marci said something about how she heard he was going to go to one of the few states where it was still legal and get a civil union with some guy, but he didn't say anything about that, so either she's wrong or he thought it was none of my business (I didn't ask). I was tempted to ask though, just because I can't help thinking 20-21ish is kinda young to get married/joined/whatever, regardless of what sexual preferance you are. Denise's party was also fun because I got to insult Eugene, who the entire cast dislikes for being a goof and a jerk. I heard him say something to one of the girls about how she looked liked a porn star, and after the resulting pause I was like:
"Eugene, you will never get laid. Never. Ever. Only if you won the lottery and spent it one one whore, and even then only if she was desperate."
He looked mortified and the two girls next to him busted up laughing.
The next night, we went to Janice's and Veda and Godd were there (two more drama club graduates from last year). I gave Marc and Diana tarot readings and met the crazy Strongsville drama club members, who are close friends of the Brush drama club members, and showed up bearing the gifts of condoms and tampons (we're drama club people...that kinda stuff is hilarious to us). They were dressed up like 80s people and performed a little medly to demonstrate that all 80s songs can be song to the tune of "Can't Touch This". One of the, Lo, said the funnest part for them was stopping off at the drugstore on the way to the show and asking for condoms and tampons dressed like 80s people. We had a game of Are You Nervous in the closet...it didn't get very far, but the funnest part was when we realized Rachel and Veda were missing. First someone's like "Veda's not here!" and so Rocco goes "Ten seconds" and runs out and then comes back, dragging Veda and throws him into the room. A couple seconds later, someone goes "We're missing Rachel!" and Rocco went "Ten seconds" again and did the exact same thing for Rachel.
Other than that, nothing of much interest to report. I have school tomorrow, and then the rest of the week off for Thanksgiving.

Now I must go do BioTech homework...

firsts, friends, drama club, school
