So the Avengers filming is all wrapped up downtown. Still kind of sad I only got to go down there the one day, and that I never really saw anything. Well except one quick glimpse of Joss Whedon.
But it's not like I really would've seen all that much, probably, and anyway all the interesting things made it to the internet thanks to to Tumblr and Youtube. Still it was nice to dream, if only for a couple weeks, that there was even the slightest chance of me coming face to face in real life with Tom Hiddleston.
Of course, one friend of a friend actually was there for some of the night filming, and so he got footage on his camera (from what appears to be a great distance, mind) of him walking by in costume, and I proceeded to pretend-go ballistic on him over Facebook. There were death threats and blast shields involved. It was good times.
In all seriousness, though? Probably for the best. As much as it's fun to daydream, more realistically I have...severe reservations, about what kind of a fool I would make about myself, was I within same-air-breathing room as Tom Hiddleston.
I believe it would probably go something like this.
It would be like: "A wild Tom Hiddleston appears!"
And I would be like:
And then, I would be like:
And then Tom Hiddleston would be like:
And then security would be like:
