You know, it occurs to me, despite the fact I've been f-locking just about every post in this journal that wasn't fannish for at least a year now, I never actually declared it 'friends-only'.
I think that I probably should though. I mean, calling it what it basically already is, right?
Open plea: To that end, I'm looking for a Friends Only banner. You would think I'd want it to be something fannish, but...actually I don't. Not just because I'd be hard-pressed to decide which of my many fandoms and on-and-off, dabbling loves to represent. But when it comes to my layout I find I prefer to be more...unspecialized.
Does anyone know of a place I could go where I could find more generic Friends-Only LJ banners? Stock images, artwork, or maybe a cartoon? Or possibly quotes from a book? Or, barring that, some place I could request such a thing perchance?
(Also, if we're talking links to already made ones, I'd like it to not say 'comment to be added'. I've gotten kind of paranoid and finicky about who I let look at my personals ever since I got some random stranger leaving comments about over a year ago that made me feel really uncomfortable.)
After I've found a banner, I'll probably be changing my layout too. Likely my mood theme. Maybe even my default icon, though I am still awfully fond of the one I have. (Can't go wrong with fishnets.) So, I guess there's gonna be some planned construction. Eh. I haven't gotten tired of what I'm looking at yet or anything, but still, it's probably about time for a change.
