Oops. Yes, yet another part of the Waking 'verse. Yes, already. Oy.

Sort of an apology needed for this part: it's pretty heavily driven by the OCs, and kind of pointless overall. But let's just say a certain pair were insistant on a more...proper introduction to the inner workings of the family.
Ah. You'll see what I mean in a bit.

Yyyeah it is. Eh heh. I'm not even 100% sure why I wrote this section; maybe to remind myself that now that the NSA is hardcore after the House in this universe, "ain't no big thing" is NOT exactly the appropriate response.

Oooh, interesting (and, ya know, AAUGHHH!) bit of backstory here! I really like how this fleshes out exactly how significant Dominic's betrayal is in the rest of the series. And now I get to go read yet another new fic by you, HELL TO THE YEAH. :D

I've really, really put him between a rock and a hard place in this series, haven't I? At least as far as the whole betrayal and loyalty and playing both sides things goes. Whichever way he turns, somebody's calling him traitor. Side A is people he's built a rapport with for three years...Side B is the cause he previously dedicated his life to, and, y'know, his entire family.
