We Call This Good Because It Could Be Worse
Last few days have been better. I've gotten all my classwork done okay, there's more money in my bank account so I can eat, and cast rehersals for Faire have been looking good so far.
Plus, I got my hair cut yesterday, so no more yucky split ends! I sprung for highlights about two shades lighter than my natural hair, so its a little brighter and more summer-y.
(Of course, it always looks best right when it's cut - the girl put it in this really cute flipped-under style that I can't really replicate. When I dried it this morning it went back to doing what it always does and I didn't have time to mess with it. Sigh.)
Also I've been reading more of Paradise Lost and have currently gotten as far as the end of Book Four. Satan is so totally not up for the father of the year award (also, ew). I love how Book Three is basically God and Jesus standing around going on about how awesome they both are. My thoughts on Book Two can basically be summed up as "Shut up, Belial". I'm more than a little unsettled by how Milton may or may not have some kind of weird hair fetish going on, judging from some of these descriptions. The bitchface pissing contest between Satan and Gabriel was pretty enjoyable though.
