I Can'd Brede Through My Dose
I'm dying. I can't breathe through my nose, and I keep sneezing and coughing. I'm so congested it's giving me a headache.
And I can only imagine what my stuffy nose ("dose") is going to do to my pronunciation in Japanese tomorrow. *groans*
In other news, I saw the two hour Battlestar Galactica premiere on Friday, and it was much of the awesome. I don't think I can really attempt to go into it too much here without devolving into an incomprehensible puddle of fandom squee, but I will say that it looks like every single one of the characters is pretty much frakked to here and back in varying degrees no matter what they do, and also that I frakking love this show.

On Saturday I went to a mini Renn faire with skylark913 and merodi_no_yami. We ate pastry, shopped around, and played a fun game called peasant toss.
I fell asleep in the car on the way home, but ended up going back to Jan's place, where we proceeded to veg and watch whatever we could find on TV, which turned out to be Drive Me Crazy. Also, we flipped over to the football game enough to know that we were playing Bowling Green, we won, and the final score was 35 to 7. For whatever that's worth.
Then we got tacos for dinner. And then...well, she was in the mood where she kind of needed to get drunk. I won't say why, but it involves this guy we saw at faire who...it's insanely complicated. And not anything like my business to be talking about anyway. We'll just leave it at relationship, past tense, with issues.
So we hooked up with an old roommate of hers and ended up taking a little trip to this guy's house. And drinking about two beers each. And I hate beer, but it's a lot easier to drink when there are drinking ganes involved, which there were.
Then we stumbled back to her room and watched Anastasia. I love that movie.
Today I...didn't do much of anything. Except to attend another Guild meeting, and then finally rewatch The Wedding Date, which in addition to being a nice fun chick flick type film, is inherantly hilarious to watch if one is thinking of Jack Davenport as stiff Commodore Norrington whilst doing so. Because his character is such a goof in this movie, it's downright absurd.
