Bases, Faces, Places, and Spaces

I should be studying for my exams right now. That's what I've been planning to do all weekend. I even blew off poor Charlie because I told him I had to study (he stopped by and brough me a rose, the sweetie). I mean, Art History is kind of hard and I really need to do well on Anthro because I got a C on the last one.
Guess how much studying I've actually done. Eeyeah -_-
But I'm going to do it tonight. Really. I swear...otherwise I'm totally to go fail. And/or die.
In the meantime, I was bored, so I made some icon bases. Some of them are from fairy art by the lovely Amy Brown. Some of them are from these Umberto Brunelleschi vintage postcard art that m_butterfly posted the other day. Want * Take * Have; I don't care (but comments are nice).

In the meantime, we had another Ren Guild meeting today and we were talking about what characters we're playing and stuff. I've got mine pretty much worked out...should be fun. It's also going to be very amusing, because right now the two suitor character for Penelope (Odyessy-based, in case you've forgotten) we have developed are Brian's character, the main suitor, a slimy chauvinistic pig...and mine, the ball-busting hardcore man-hating feminist.
Violence will ensue. Oh yes.
