::Kamina laid back on one of the cots. He was bored and this usually meant something was going to blow up soon. But really, it was the people that bothered him. There were way too many people. Way, way too many people. But none of them seemed... aware, really... aware of anything. They looked forward and acted like they had blinders on. Nothing ( Read more... )

::Suddenly, the cot next to Kamina's explodes in flames, followed by Lezard walking over to it, spellbook in hand::
... Excuse me, sir, would you have called that explosion impressive, or did it leave much to be desired?

::Kamina darts up... and grins widely::
Depends on what you're going for. For a bed, that was a pretty damn good explosion. Since I'm pretty sure they don't usually explode at all. And I wasn't expecting it, so it was REALLY surprising and I wish I was looking at it when it went off!
::Kamina grins. This is interesting::
But I've seen bigger explosions... just not from beds.

Bigger explosions...?
::Flipping through his spellbook, Lezard eventually stops on a page labelled 'Fire Storm Adjustments'::
... I was once able to cause much larger disruptions, but I fear my powers have fallen into disuse...
::Begins skim-reading the page::

Well, it's probably best.
::Looks around::
... these people are really boring... although I'm glad they at least noticed the explosion, but still, it's better that nobody gets lit on fire. That would probably be bad.

Hm, best it may be, but I'm afraid that if my magic has weakened, I will be in grave danger should I be abruptly returned to my homeland.
... Though, I must agree, it certainly would not be good for someone to be harmed.
::Pressing a finger down on a seemingly important phrase, Lezard straightens his other arm out, and stares at a row of cots, seemingly in deep concentration::

::Not paying attention to Kamina, Lezard walks forward a few steps, past the blue-haired man, and waves his free arm dramatically::
Fire... STORM!!
::The entire remained of the cots explode in flames, covering Lezard in ash::

YES! THAT WAS-
::Sprinklers turn on from the fire::
... ... ... ... why is it raining inside?

goddesshelphim January 23 2009, 09:17:11 UTC
... I have no idea.
::Lezard tucks his spellbook under his cape to protect it from the 'rain'::
But I fear that this does not bode well for us.

... we should probably go somewhere... not here.
::Kamina looks around and points::
THAT WAY!

Very well.
::Twirling around, Lezard disappears into the floor in a cloud of dust, before reappearing about ten meters ahead, in the direction Kamina pointed::
Come on, you lead!

::Kamina RUNS::
If I'm leading, why did you do the poofy thing?!

Reply

goddesshelphim January 23 2009, 09:23:07 UTC
Because, I find running a rather undignified activity.
::Does the 'poofy' thing again::

demonlordkamina January 23 2009, 09:26:54 UTC
Well, how am I going to lead if you keep doing that?!
::Kamina runs faster!::
