It's official!!!
I am officially a home owner. I closed on my house a few hours ago and I have to admit that I am very excited. Later this evening my parents will come over to the place with me so we can go over the needed changes. The place definitely needs some painting inside. I was hoping to possibly get away w/o having to buy new carpetting, but i'm not so sure if i will. Again that's something my parents will give me an honest opinion. Later today, I think I'll actually put my digital camera to use and take some pics of the place and then post them once i figure out how to do that. It kinda stinks that I'm heading out to Boston tomorrow and won't be back until Wed, but maybe i'll get lucky and my parents will surprise me with a few things. Somehow I'm doubting that and anticipating a lot of work to be put in to make the place fit better. Once the place looks good, then I'll think about when the housewarming will be ^___^.
