to kill myself or not to kill myself (figuratively)
well I'm in a bit of a dilemna. ended up lookng at houses and found a townhouse I really want. it's 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story; good spacing... however it's pricey at $320,000 *cries*. Now I've left info about being interested and will probably begin talks with the seller, but either way i'm looking at probably a $300,000 mortgage loan. To pay that off and handle other costs of living, I'm worried that I'll be shelling out about $3000 a month for total living and I'm note thrilled at that. I'd have to work my ass off often and heavily watch what I buy if I do that; but I really like this house. So any thoughts on what to do here?
