Drabble [Broken] Hunter
I watch her, she fires the gun clumsily, it strikes the creature in the torso.
Weak aim. Not a head shot. She'll pay for that.
Long black claws rip shreds into the carpet as it scrambles over the floor toward her. She fires again, higher this time. This one comes away with a piece of its cheek and it lunges. Closing distance fast.
Claws sink into her torso and find purchase. She screams and fires wildly again. Pressing the muzzle against its chest and pulling the trigger repeatedly.
The creature screams and flails desperately, clawing her in fury.
And dies.
