Drabble [Why] Requiem
I am a monster.
I've tortured. I've murdered. I am an abuser of women, and killer of men. Both within and without war.
I have committed atrocities. I have sinned without regard for those around me. I've lied. I've cheated.
I have stolen hearts, souls, lives and materials.
I am god's holy monster. I am the creature that keeps men afraid of god.
I do this because I am ordered. I do this because I am rewarded. I do this to stay alive. I do this to slay my enemies. I do this for power.
Yet, she loves me. Why?
