I agree with Yokaze on this one. You know how this club operates, being an asshole gets you nowhere. But polish it up and take the tone down, and you've got a good piece.
I find the idea of "I'm playing in the wrong organization" to be a rather weak rebuttal to an array of concerns that, in my admittedly limited perspective, are quite fixable and for the better.
But to create a game from the cynical perspective that the VST is the lowest common denominator is a weak way to run a global organization.
The sizes of the factions are irrelevant given the settings descriptions about the factions deliberately describe a Status 5 to be the most important individual in the area. Rather than the coast/state/country. And easy to fix, again by responsible STing if status 4 or 5 were scaled back to mid approval, rather than high or top.
Personally I wouldn't walk into any game with an ST that would allow that. Nor would I expect my local ST to allow those players to get away with any of that kind of cheese for the very same reasons.

I seriously believe you should take this letter, clean it up and maybe soften the tone, and send it up to wherever you can.
This needs to be heard by people with the power to do something about it.

I'm not saying "No control" I'm saying "Less".
