Comcastic: Expanding the definition
So Comcast fills an FCC meeting with warm bodies that they're paying to keep other people out of the meeting.
Ergo I propose a third definition for Comcastic:
3. Having the qualities, or performing the actions, that only an overpaid CEO with no accountability and a hundred million dollar severance paycheck waiting for him could dream up as being acceptable behavior with respect to dealing with the public and governmental regulators. See: sleazy, slimy, scummy.

Update: The FCC is apparently going to have this conference again, just because Comcast tried to game the system.
