Spider-Man

Do we really need a new spiderman movie? Especially one that's a franchise reboot? Granted I never saw Spiderman 3, but I don't see this reboot being the same kind of game changer than Nolan's Batman movie was for that franchise.

If you saw Spider-Man 3, you'd understand why they're rebooting (outside of the fact that none of the people involved with the series previously signed on to the new one.)
