Must admit one of my habitual film-viewing habits is listing how many, (and in what way), film adaptations stray from the original book. An annoying fannish trait, I will admit, but fun in an annoying way. Thanks goodness for 'original' screenplays (or ones adopted from Fair Ground rides) wherein I can switch off the book deviation circuit.

You know, it's funny, but I was trying to remember all those characters and then realized I hadn't read Stormbreaker and was conflating with Stormbringer, instead.

Interestingly enough, my mum just asked me today if I'd heard of the book, as she wants to buy a copy for neostones
