I do not recall ordering penguins from any local markets. I do not believe that penguins are even part of the surrounding habitat. But if this is an anonymous request for a change in the week's dinner plans, then I will have no qualms in accommodating it. I am a humble chef, but I am sure I would have no difficulties in creating a main dish with penguin in it. I would so dislike having clumsy birds such as these running around the kitchens unattended.
