I got the job!!

The interview went well, very low key. Towards the end, the guy said, sort of casually, "I'd like you to start on Monday." I said, "OK." That was it.
Earlier he had asked when I'd be able to start; I looked at my watch and said, "What time is it now?" (Jokingly.)
The job is a contract position with Lockheed Martin; it's on a project for the Dept. of Energy. (Project web address is www.eecbg.energy.gov) It's six months temp-to-perm, meaning that if I do a good job Lockheed will hire me directly instead of going through the contracting company.
I hope I do a good enough job; the person who has the job now has been let go because his work was "unsatisfactory." I hope I can do it right!
