Really!? I tried looking for one but there aren't any signs or advertisements.... And then all the monsters....

[Advertisements? As in, sending a man through the streets who advertises something, for example joining the army? Or as in hanging up posters to advertise for the same? ...Who would advertise a marketplace?] Nobody would g' advertising h're.

Then how do you know where the store is? Weekly specials and sales? A business that doesn't let people know it's there will never take off. That's like saying a word of mouth campaign is better than a TV add.

Miss Flonne? Ah, sort of, maybe? I think I was in a different Netherworld than her, but, they're probably all about the same.

Well, probably different locations. There are a lot of different netherworlds. The one I was in is known as "The Netherinstitute Evil Academy". It's a big school for demons.

I guess it's sort of like countries on Earth, just instead of an arbitrary border each one is it's own dimension. Of course, it could also just all be convenient story mechanics....
