The weather outside is (frightening, no) awful. There's freakin' snow everywhere and no one has hauled out the salters yet. Things have been plowed, but when it's coming down like it is, it just doesn't help as much as the salt. last night I dropped Max off from game club and went in for maybe 15-20 minutes to finally meet lucid Garrett. When I left the apartment complex, the entire parking lot was covered in maybe a 1/2 inch of snow. Now...normally 1/2 inch isn't bad to drive in...but this was bad. Because there was water underneath...not even ice, just water. So..you would be driving on top of nice powdery snow and you'd got to hit the breaks and hydroplane once you got through the snow. Yeaaaah... I guess it's a good thing I didn't end up stopping at the boyfriend's house on the way home. I just hope this means it'll be a quiet day at the desk. I could use some time to work on my paper.
