Fat Naked Swim
--Tonight the Fat Group had Fat Naked Swim in the college pool. It was so fuckin' awesome. We had the pool to ourselves because we arranged it with the gym coordinator so we could do it after hours. I was only planning on staying for half an hour or so, but now I find that it's ten o'clock and I definitely stayed the whole time.
--Even better, after Fat Naked Swim I weighed myself. I've lost ten pounds since coming back to Antioch and working more on being happy than worrying about my body all the time. I'm now two pounds away from the weight I was before I started on Weight Watchers. Fat Group makes me want to cry with joy.
