day 9 and 10

Well I didn't post day 9 I don't know why. I had stopped going to the gym for a while because my shin had been bothering me. But I went today and it seemed to do fine.
12 min bike ride there
lots of stretching
15 min treadmill
5 mins on a bike
more stretching
and lots of crunches
and a 20 min bike ride home

I have a goal of losing 2.5 pounds a week that will get me to one of my goals of 150 by the time we move.

I weighed myself this morning when I got out of bed and I am down to 214. YAY for progress.

I also started eating better because I'm really determined to lose weight I have been over weight to long and I am done with it.
