Bel had asked Piper to make him a cake for Phoebe's birthday. However, he insisted on frosting it himself. He was rather proud of the job he did on it, though it was anything but smooth and he'd almost gotten more frosting on himself and the table than on the cake, and the "Happy birthday, Phoebe" would probably make a professional cake decorator

Phoebe came into the kitchen and smiled at Cole. "What can I help you with..." Her voice trailed off as she took in the cake and the frosting all over Cole.

She smiled at him. "What's all of this, love?"

"Happy birthday!" Bel said proudly.

She looked around and then her eyes fell on him again, and she was smiling.

"You did all of this, love?"

"It's all for you, sweetheart," Bel said. "I just finished frosting it."

"You're the best boyfriend ever," Phoebe said, licking the frosting off of one of his cheeks.

"...did I get some on myself?" Bel said in all innocence.

She laughed, nodding as she hugged him tightly. "Thank you, love."

"It's not every day my girl has a birthday," Cole said, dipping his head to kiss her.

"Mmm hmm," Phoebe agreed, kissing him back. "This is wonderful, love."

"I'm glad you like it," Bel said, then decided to confess in case Piper squealed on him. "Piper made the cake. But I did all the decorating!"
