Piper was aware that some of the residents had turned into wee kidlets. Since she had not changed, she thought it would be a good idea to keep an eye on them to make sure they were safe.

She did, of course, suspect Bel was up to no good. "What are you doing?"

"...nothing!" Bel said quickly.

Piper didn't believe him, especially when she noticed he was looking at the weapons cabinet. "Stay away from the weapons, okay? You could get hurt."

Bel rolled his eyes. "I won't get hurt," he said.

"I know you won't," Piper told him. "Because you are not getting near those weapons."

Bel scowled. "I can if I want," he said.

Piper gave him a stern look. "No you can't."

Bel crossed his arms. "Yes I can, and you can't stop me," he said.

Bel glared at her. "You're s'posed to be scared of me!" he insisted.

"Maybe I am," Piper said just to humor him. She knew he wouldn't actually hurt her, though. And she did still have the freezing power.

Bel put on his best scary face. "Grrrrr!" he said.
