it has been a while, hasn't it?
so much, so little and so very tired.
there is a lot to take in lately.
people with whom i had lost contact with for one reason or another have made thier way back into my life and i must admit, it is a beautiful thing to reconnect with them. It is a fresh start with old friends and very nice indeed.
i have realized that family sometimes takes advantage of you the most. this doesn't mean my family, usually other family. when you open a door, help them and then are just being you to be smacked in the face by thier own non-humility. i have left the issue closed and will not re-open with them, however (yes i am being vague, sorry don't feel like typing it out right now) when a person causes drama among your family members not once but twice and you still chose her over them, something is not right.
my kids are great. dillan and i went to the MCR show last night at the iPay One center, Rise against opened for them. it was a great show, it was the Black Parade tour and then they killed the black parade and let out some old stuff....it was neat to see dillan so excited. It was his first concert. Just as chelsea was taken to her first concert via MCR....now she is hooked on live music.
so many shows, so little time...Tool, The Necromantix, Lacuna Coil, THE EXPLOITED!!! i am going to be a very tired lady soon!!!
