So, being my arrogant self, I decided to wrassle with a dude more experienced than I.
Fucked my shoulder up. Stupid. Now I can't work out. At least, not as heavily as I'd like. I don't know if I pulled a muscle or actually damaged the rotor cuff. Oops.
I am not blaming the guy, because I asked for it. I really do need to learn wrestling and ground moves. My stand up is pretty decent, but, on the ground? I rely on strength more than technique. Not really smart when the person you're wrestling is stronger than you are and has more experience.
Though, I was asking for it. My inflated ego needed to be popped. I miss sparring and wrasslin' so. I don't do it for attention. I like the adrenaline and the thrill of the fight. Though, I have no idea what I did to fuck myself up so badly.
I hope it goes away soon.
In other news, we're laying down the flooring today. WOOT!
