Sweet Jaysus.
I am out of shape. Went to the new student rec center yesterday with my roommate just to fuck around and check the place out. I played around with the free weights...doing some bicep curls and working with the triceps. Today, my arms are sore.
I came to the conclusion that I am woefully out of shape. Wow. I haven't been this out of shape in a long time.
Anyway, we also went to the Quinn rec center yesterday, which is less packed, closer to my dorm, and has a punching bag. I'll be spending some quality time there, starting next week. Or possibly this weekend.
I have been reading a lot of A Feast For Crows lately. I didn't pick it up before because there were so many other books to read, but I never got around to it. I left behind other books that I want too.
I need an extension cord. Can't have my coffee here in the dorm in the morning. No coffee for a coffee addict is not a good thing.
I am scared about the massive amount of work I am about to throw myself into. I am also scared about what I have gotten myself into, and if I can perform. Of course I can, and I will, but I just have the "new school jitters," I guess.
Going to see a movie tonight called Thank You For Smoking. It's playing here on campus at the dollar theatre. Should be interesting.
Anyway, I think I am going to read and be a bit reclusive.
I like having no classes on Friday. Next weekend is a four day weekend for me. Woot.
