Why are you so interested in recruiting me and what does that have to do with your organization's objectives?

As part of Akatsuki, you will be among equals working towards a common goal. Our current objective, aside from the one I've been assigned, is to find large amounts of chakra and harness the power for our own gain. As an ANBU member, you may harbor knowledge pertaining to the whereabouts of several sources of high amounts of chakra. As a sharingan user, your bloodline limit would also be a perfect addition to the organization's current capabilities.

More important than Akatsuki's objectives, Itachi-san, are your own. You would not suffer the boredom and frustration of your current, mundane life in Fire Country. You would no longer be required to follow another's orders or laws, nor would you have to bear the sight of the weaklings you detest so much...The disadvantages are few, Itachi-san.
