So this has been the best weekend ever. Today is Jack's and my one-year anniversary! Although we've been celebrating all weekend since he technically asked me out on the 11th (I didn't say yes until the 13th).
I went over to Jack's house on friday night and then went to see a slide show of a family friend's trip to Columbia and then slept over night over there. We left to go shooting pretty early. We were planning on leaving at 8 and didn't leave until after 9. Joseph and Q taught me how to shoot a rifle. A couple of the ones I shot were: AK 47, AK 74, mosin, HK 91. It was a lot of fun. My shoulder is a little bit bruised considering I was shot back about a half a foot while shooting the mosin and about the same with the HK 91. We have some great pictures and video, which I need to get from Joseph before he leaves for Montana. We didn't get back from shooting until pretty late. Then we ate and hung out a bit until they drove me home.
Today, I went over to Jack's. We hung out for a bit and then ended up going on a walk around his neighborhood and up to his old elementary school. We stopped at 7-11 on the way back and got something to drink. Then we went through all the pictures on the computer and he told me about his trip to Russia a few years ago which was really cool. We went with Russ and Nojoe to Sushi Land for dinner. After we got back, we sat for a bit while Joseph finished cleaning the rifles. I think the best part of the day is when Jack and I went up to his room and just hung out doing nothing but laughing and doing really weird stuff all night. I ended up wearing his "Diamonds. She'll pretty much have to." shirt and we just kinda layed on his bed in each others arms laughing uncontrollably. It's really hard to describe, but this has to be the best anniversary of all time.
