Passion & Profession/RL Update
Everybody, I'm a moron. Remember that.
So: remember how I said "yay I am done with writing, what a relief, now I can edit and relax and have a little fun"? Remember that? See above statement re: moron.
School ended the week I posted the last chapter of P&P. I had 5 blissful weeks until the next quarter. Time to chill! Or, in my case, Time to work full time at my job! In addition to working full time (the only way I found time to post this was because everything sort of caught up with me, and I called in this morning), I have been writing/editing in nearly all my spare moments, because I want this book done and out soon, into your hot little hands before you all forget about it and stop caring. :D With my spare-spare time, I have been wading through mountains of paperwork for school (I hate nursing school with a passion--they are so lucky I'm a non-violent person) and Oh Yes. Also studying for nursing boards (the LPN NCLEX, if anyone's interested), which I take the day before school starts.
See? Moron.
On the other hand, all this editing and rewritiing has made for a much stronger story, and I'm really excited about finishing it. Also, I miss you all and can't wait to rejoin the world of the not-moron.
Here: I will end with a topic involving none of the above. Who's watching Torchwood? What do you think? personally, I love Jack and Gwen (and Rex!) to bits, but Esther reminds me of Elizabeth Shue in "The Saint" and I want to punch her whenever she's on screen.
