Douche: Affirmative Action has certainly made [race] an issue in academics. Every time you go to a black doctor or lawyer you might wonder if this guy is the truly talented guy you need or some shmoe that got in school via AA. Since white people have to fend for themselves when it comes to getting into schools, this is never an issue.
