Oh no! I've run out of Battlestar!
The uni network is both our bane and our blessing. You can't download a single thing through the firewall but you can scavenge everything other people have downloaded outside and brought onto the network. Meaning that you can transfer an episode of TV across MSN in 10 minutes - beautiful.
However, I've now run out of the supply of Stargate, SGA and BSG that my friends supplied me with - grr.
Anyways - The tension! The drama! The angst! The comfort! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!
For many year, I suppose, I've been let down by bad TV. I've relied on fanfic for my highs and lows and using characters to their fullest potential. I feel no need to scramble around BSG fandom, because this show is AMAZING. /gush
I knew they wouldn't go through with the assassination - that didn't stop my pulse racing. I also knew that they couldn't kill Lee, but I was so worried. And that revelation at the end: I *think* it's because he didn't want to assassinate Cain, but suicidal!Lee, confessing that to Kara, with Dee eavesdropping (and I *hate* that angle - go back to Billy!), was heartbreaking. Jamie Bamber, as always, acts his heart out.
Another thing? Gaius and Beaten!Six are actually sweet - yes, I'm sympathising with the Cylons *again*. But the most touching part, for me, was when Bill Adama kissed Laura Roslin. Because I want her to live, LIVE! :'(
