FMA 21-30
I'm glad Al's a real boy! Woo! That was actually really well-handled, and Al going off on his own was so sad.
I'm glad they're now "friends" with Scar. He's a sympathetic character and I'm glad he's getting a bigger story now. The story of his brother is really sad, and I believe that the end of 30 may have something to do with him. That'll be interesting.
Sensei is kickass! However, Al is right in that she was horrifically cruel to such young children. Though it made them what they are, so what can you say?
Homunculus Child (does he have a name?) is kinda freaky. I don't know what to make of him, with Ed's arm and leg. It's all so strange.
The showdown is looking pretty cool. The Fuhrer is Envy? Or Sloth? And at the gathering of the Homunculi, I had no idea which of them is which, or if they even have Deadly Sins names. Still, I like how everything's kicking off at this point.
The most horrific note was, of course, Maes' death. I do like how cut-up Roy is about it, but since I only discovered the ship as Maes died, it's kinda horrible. I want to read some fic or watch vids but I have to wait until I've seen everything or I'm bound to be spoiled.
I'm really into this show now, I must admit. And I like all the "good" characters instead of seething at them. That's always good. (I still like how Sheska called him out over not visiting Maes' family and dropping the case. Good on her!)
