The Good news: Got the cloth for my costume for pax!
The Bad news: MY. BANK. ACCOUNT. *sob*
The Good news: I've been drawing a lot
The Bad news (for you guys): Just Not a lot off ppg...

First off, the stuff you dont want to see (OC hell)

I don't know why I was in such a mecha/robot mood... Also drawing human hands while working suck..Also, those bats are from 5 years ago... God, I haven't improved at ALL. *headdesk*

Now the PPG stuff (with a pony or 2)

Ok: Buttercup and Butch were drawn while i was testing out dragon's nest, which lacks the gender choices. I felt like drawing the female warrior... who evolved into Buttercup, and then Butch snuck in... and yeah. I technically have the others (boomer was a mage, bubbles was an archer, Blossom was a mage, and Brick was... a cleric...) but I threw those out...*cough*

Also, I figured out why I like drawing blossom so much, despite her being my least favorite of the girls (granted I enjoy all of them, but I do have favorites). It's her god damn hair.

These are my two must buy if lost currently. The Magazine especially...

Most of these are pretty decent as references, though some more then others. If your looking for a pose book/website, I suggest looking at the Colossal collection book. The Comic artist's Photo Reference is also good, but all of the poses in there is in the Colossal guide, which isnt much more pricy. I keep both anyways.

Surprisingly, the "how to draw manga: sketching manga style" is a great series... if they were still in print. The series is very details and great at references, but the books are WAY too hard to find and are FAR too expensive. I'd seriously give my kidneys and liver for books 3,4, and 6; I'm constantly on the look out for them too.

ImagineFX is seriously a great find for anyone in the digital art medium, or art in general. It's a tad pricy, but well worth the monthly investment.

My other books, I barely read them other then when I need inspiration.

workload...., a thousand things to do; only one me, art dump, angst alert, fanart, g'damnit i'm getting nowhere, artist in me is screaming listen, mlp, ppg, computer, original characters, quillbender, work-drone-a-go
