Update
Thought I'd do a quick update cause a few things happened since the other day...well to start off Kolt and I FINALLY got to hit up his hot tub (first time also, never been in Kolts before) so yea that was very very fun! hehehehehehe! anyway, it was really cool, we caught up on old times (and I mean EVERYTHING, shit we covered soo much!!!). So yea that was always fun and felt soo good after gettin out, nice and refreshed, so thanks Kolt for havin me over!!!
-ok so on to somethin else....there's good news and bad news...I'll start with the bad news, just to get it out of the way. Turns out the job I got may not go through to well. Heres why...the area I'm supposed to work in from what I heard from my dad is "really bad". He used to be a cop and he was telling me how he would get calls there almost 3 times a week....so he told me he doesn't want me workin there at all. I also found out that I would be working 6 days out of the week!!!!! 6 days??? for only PART TIME!!! now come on thats way to fuckin much!! big companies at least give full time employees the whole weekend off. So in the long run, I think it is the right decision not getting a job with them. I am waiting on a phone call from them saying for all of us to come in for a meeting (i really didn't get hired there yet) so yea that should be fukin great when they call me. I have no clue what I'm gonna say. Probably just not show up to the meeting and maybe they'll get the hint. So for now, I have NO money again, which SUCKS!!!! and I am back to good ol' backbreaking yard work!!!! yay! But on the flipside, I thought I didn't have nothin to turn to because Pac Sun never called me back. I called them today and actually spoke to the girl who interviewed me and she said they didn't hire anyone yet. They were still "finalzing" everything. So yes that leaves me with a little window of hope.
So on to a brighter note, I was just recently on www.jeffnerohardy.com and came across this....
Which is basically a "greatest hits" of Jeff Hardy and I cannot wait till this comes out cause it should kick major ass!!!! It has everything he did throughout his career, PLUS a professionally made-in studio music video of jeffs song "modest" so yea maybe his music career is finally starting to see some light also!!! anyway should def. be kick ass!!!! can't wait till it comes out...if you want to know more hit up www.jeffnerohardy.com
One more quickie, tonight was the world premiere of Dierks Bentley's "Total Acccess". If your not familiar with what that is, it is where a camera crew follow bands around while their on tour and peer into their lives. So anyway the whole show rocked my fukin ass!!!!! I think the best part was dierks played this show and finished up around 11:30PM and THEN he went to a fukin sorority house and played another set list until 2:30AM and partied till 3:30AM. Now that is FUCKIN DEDICATION!!! that blew me off my ass!!! fuckin insane....the whole show kicked ass.....but I also sometimes regret watching those types of shows because it sort of brings a tear to my eye. I mean cause that is the greatest life to have (he even admits it on the show) and (kolt you'll know what I mean when i say this) --I always hear it said "yea that would be a great life, but soo much work though" and then the people who say it just let it fade away and never think about it again. They don't know that for us...for some of us who can actually make music and who have had dreams ever since they were about 10, they do not know what it means to us!!! if I could tour the world and make music the rest of my life, I would take it in the drop of a hat. I always hear it said "that would be the best life to have...aah well" and that usually comes from someone who has no experience in music WHATSOEVER, other than listening to it....when you can write and play music, that statement just gets a little bit harder to swallow if you know what I mean.
