Hahaha, nice.

I actually can't comprehend what is all good about Tumblr or Twitter for that matter. They are useless in my opinion. Ppl spend too much time on useless "socializing" and gushing about useless things about life and every single detail about it on Twitter, Facebook or Tumblr. I own a Facebook account and whenever I open it I get irritated for so many reasons that I can't list here. Or maybe my life is so pathetically bland that I have yet to taste the joys of declaring something like above pic.

I find Tumblr's fun to use for fandom - pretty fanart, and some quick 'n easy fandom thoughts - but it makes me miss discussion sometimes. And those sites do encourage a lot of gushing, as you say. My brain can't process all those tiny snippets one after the other.

You could even "like" it if you wanted! Ha, this really is the kind of thing that should be on tumblr, what with the big picture and minimal text. But I still feel weirdly weird about posting there.

I don't use tumblr, don't use youtube all that much, and I must say I do use FB a fair amount, but only to stay in touch with fellow anime friends who don't have LJ and live far away from me. :(

I'm not judging anyone about use of Facebook or anything - just saying woah, I deeply do not get this. I also generally use social media for interacting with fandom people, but for those not in fandom, I prefer to phone/email/visit. After all, usually they're in the same country as me.

Oh I didn't think you were judging. XD Yeah, facebook is only for people whom I can't see in person, and sometimes just to schedule things because I don't have texting. ^^;
