All right, I confess, I'm back in Cape Town and more or less back on LJ. The LJ part took a while because things kept happening. Augh.

a) "He might as well go and stare lovingly into Bianchi's face. " Bwahaha! And you're so right--too many painful memories. But once he grows older he'll be able to handle the hurt more.
b) Oh gosh that aspect of him is so entertaining! XD My favorite part was when he used an exorcism technique on his Mukuro-possessed-sister
c) Oh HECK yes! I think that would be completely awesome! His dad is a boss, so it makes sense. I really want him to meet his dad at one point, and I feel Amano will do that...sometime. And how do you feel about Gokudera's dad? I guess the fact that he didn't really kill his mom and wanted her to live with them makes him seem like a good guy, but I just can't help but kind of hate him. -shrug- I dunno. (Some people have actually gotten mad at me for feeling that way XD)
d) Bwahahaha! Oh gosh that's hilarious~! That's so funny--and holy crap they're so similar! Oh gosh I never thought of that before! I usually just think about how Gokudera and Kasanoda's hair style looks to be and how they're both gruff...but I never thought of Tetsuya! He's like Kasanoda's right-hand man, he was the heir to another family, and he left and then was brought over to Kasanoda's family because of his kindness! OH NOES THE PLOT BUNNIES?!!!
XD So true. He's such a private person (because I feel he doesn't feel good enough about himself, the poor guy) but when he does feel like sharing something he goes a bit overboard. XP
Yeah. I wish this would be drawn upon a little more in the manga. And while this doesn't have much mafia influence, I find it funny how Gokudera was the only one who knew how to tie a tie. :)

THAT PART WAS GREAT. I cracked up so hard in spite of the big dramatic fight going on.
And how do you feel about Gokudera's dad?
I used to hate Gokudera's dad, but as you say, the fact that he didn't kill Mamadera after all makes him a bit more OK. But he still has a LOT of explaining to do with regards to letting his eight-year-old son run around Italy on his lonesome. He shouldn't just sit around, he should go find the kid!

XD It would be pretty awesome if you wrote Tetsuya and Gokudera interaction. Just saying. I also like the idea of Gokudera and Kasanoda interacting, so Gokudera can get an idea that other bosses can be equally as good-hearted as his own.

Maybe he learned back when he was a little kid, and he had to dress up for events at the castle? But I suspect that the influences of Gokudera's mafia background is mildly hinted at - for example, when Genkishi dies he's the only one out of the Vongola trio that doesn't look shocked, but only resigned, and when everybody has to learn how to ride motorbikes, he and Basil already know how. I bet they hijacked motorbikes when they were younger.

Oh heck yes. I'm certainly going to include some Tetsuya and Gokudera interaction with some Kasanoda in there as well. XD I had originally planned to have him meet Kasanoda in my fic, but I totally forgot about Tetsuya. Thank you so much for reminding me of him!
Definitely. Gokudera's had a lot of experience at that. And....HOW DARE YOU THROUGH MORE PLOT BUNNIES AT ME~! GOSH DARNIT! NOW I'VE GOT TO WRITE A STORY ABOUT GOKUDERA AND BASIL HIJACKING MOTORCYCLES! CUUURSE YOOOUUU!

:D If it's any consolation, I also want to write about Basil doing criminal things. it's fun thinking of him as the most polite, adorable gangster ever.
