Minus & Hero
This time I'm reccing webcomics on the basis of suspected awesome, without having yet confirmed it. But they look really good and this way I'll know where the links are when I have time to kill.
All I know about Hero is that a) everybody else recs it too and b) tongari draws it, and thus it will be so pretty it'd be like some divine power descended from on high to touch it with angels. That's got to be worth something.

This comic is about a little girl with superpowers, but in an difficult way. She does strange things, wonderful things, and terrible things with her power - because she can, and who can stop her? The art is made lovely and delicate by the use of watercolours.
I heard about it on the late and much lamented scans_daily, where this page was posted:

Last time I made it onto the site, I saw an announcement that it was completed, so you know there won't be cliffhangers.
