Well this turned into something of an epic. There are so many things I like in the tag set! I'd adore getting something for any of these ships. You don't have to follow precisely on anything below or to use these prompts at all - they give an idea of what I'd like, but I honestly enjoy so many things when it comes to fanworks. Create what would work best for you.

Please avoid:
Cannibalism or eating of any people, really (human or other more-or-less comparable species), relentless angst with no relief, hopelessly unhappy endings, characters existing as if in isolation (I like if there are at least mentions of canon friendships/family ties), fisting, spanking, extreme underage, canon characters dying (except for deaths that occur in canon), infidelity, steampunk. I'd prefer no torture, rape, or horrible violence generally, but it's fine - especially for something like demon AUs - if it's in the past or off-screen.
Girl Genius - Fanfiction
Malek/Varpa - Just as a reminder, these guys: Varpa, Malek. They enjoy kissing so much! Even knowing it's a distraction tactic used between them, they really, really like the kissing! I love that slight tension between the fake and real feelings and how fast the real feelings seem to have settled in strongly, and these two doing cool Smoke Knight tricks off the cuff (even if that does occasionally go wrong, too, especially since now that there's always someone watching).
Prompt possibilities: their training as Smoke Knights and noticing each other then. Bonding over things they've been through and how nuts the family they serve is. Circumstances forcing them to break loyalties at least temporarily and run off together (possibly with Agatha & Co, possibly alone). Getting into a stereotypical adventure narrative - like a Heterodyne Boys type story, or maybe meeting Othar and getting caught up in his view of the world - and throwing things off because they're the main characters when they're supposed to be faceless background ninjas. Anything exploring those alluded-to kissing encounters. And maybe what happens once the 'distraction' mission is supposed to end (hopefully, star-crossed Smoke Knight love).
X-Men (Alternate Timeline) - Fanfiction
I ended up wanting similar things in several cases, so prompts that could (mostly) apply to multiple ships are grouped together.
General prompts, for any ships:
Sexy use of powers is always good. Maybe someone even has a secret secondary mutation that only becomes relevant in the bedroom.
En Sabah Nur wins, but without getting his mitts on Charles - maybe Kurt bamfs him away before a connection can be established. Couple of choice bonds post-apocalyptically.
A New Adventure comes along - maybe something to do with Stryker, Essex Corp, or an unfilmed comic book arc - and the characters have to rise to the occasion. Future fic with an established couple would be nice.
Jean/En Sabah Nur - he was so happy to be ultra-murdered by her. I just want En Sabah Nur to be enamoured of Jean as his batshit ideal come to life and Jean being a badass beyond belief, the only one who can (mostly) be safe from him. It doesn't have to be the whole of the dynamic, but at some point in the story, please.
Charles/En Sabah Nur - Charles never ever giving up, and En Sabah Nur doing his mix of objectification, loving thankfulness and semi-real concern. Please bring on the creepiness, violence, determination, and nightmare tenderness.
Prompt possibilities:
En Sabah Nur is the Professor, Charles or Jean is the ancient awakened mutant. They can have their canon good/evil alignments or not.
Preincarnation fic, set in Egypt or somewhere else En Sabah Nur popped up, with a historical version of Jean or Charles there.
En Sabah Nur creeps on Jean and Charles at the same time. (And anyone else, really, bring it.)
The Phoenix Force magically burns away the blue and frowny upper layers and reveals the Oscar Isaac-looking fella sacrificed to Apocalypse, for the shallow among us (me). The X-Men let him live because he says he's not En Sabah Nur anymore, though the psychics can't penetrate his mind sufficiently to be sure. He and Charles and/or Jean end up keeping close watch on each other...
I uh also just want modern AU as thinly veiled excuse for kink. En Sabah Nur is a supposedly upstanding businessperson and let's say that Jean is meeting him for a scholarship interview or Charles is petitioning him as a leading mutant figure to help fund a scholarship; manipulation and dubcon ensues. Or he's a creepy-ass sugar daddy to one of them up until they turn the tables on him.
En Sabah Nur wakes up during the DoFP timeline and finds a Charles far more susceptible to being led astray.
Jean/Scott - two outcasts-among-outcasts and awkward forces of nature find each other, I d'aaww like anything.
Scott/Kurt - dorks be dorking. I love how Scott starts leading eager-to-please Kurt astray, except for how Scott is actually just a nice kid who wants to have fun and make sure the new guy does too.
Jean/Charles - why the hell did you get onto her bed, Charles. Also his complete belief in her, I liked that. I'd prefer the dynamics to be mutual, not manipulative, and possibly with the two of them having slightly off-centre moralities owing to constant exposure to others' thoughts.
Peter/Scott - Scott starting to come into his own as a leader in the X-Men team, Peter starting to get his life together and taking more responsibility on. They end up supporting each other a lot.
Kurt/Peter - Peter actually might lead eager-to-please Kurt astray a little, which would also be fun. Also, if delving into angsty circus backstory for Kurt, I can see him confiding in Peter, maybe because Peter's a little rougher around the edges than the others.
Prompt possibilities:
That speech of Raven's at the end was intense. How willing are the kids to internalise that? Do they take their soldierly training to heart, or do they find different ways of going about becoming X-Men?
I loved Kurt going to the movies with no fuss about his obviously being a mutant. More movie dates! Or, since that's less likely with the barely-averted apocalypse making anti-mutant sentiment rise, other cute, normal date things he could do under cover of darkness, or maybe he takes Hank's meds sometimes.
Peter keeps an extra-close eye on Scott in a kind of atonement for not saving Alex. I'd prefer this not to be super angsty or full of guilt, though, and for a different dynamic to develop out of it by the end.
Some of the things Jean doesn't let on she knows about other people, keeping secrets safe even when it makes her feel there's a slightly uncomfortable connection between them now.
Keeping Peter company while his leg's healing from Apocalypse breaking it, talking about everything that happened and what to do in the future, developing feelings...
Meeting the parents (though not necessarily to come out to them). It could be hilarious to introduce Peter to the Summerses on any basis, and Peter's poor mother wouldn't know what to do with her son making friends with fairly well-adjusted people. If Charles sees Jean's parents again at parent-teacher day at some point after getting inappropriate with her, I would enjoy that incredible awkwardness very much. Sad take: Jean lends Scott support as he breaks the news of Alex's death to his parents, and tells them some of Alex's thoughts.
Kurt/Angel - ha well, that announcer at the cage matches had a point regarding how cool the angel/demon imagery is. I'd love something where they hash out their forced antagonism brought on by the first fight and face the idea that there's a lot more to each other than that, and they like the rest of it even when the antagonism is hard to let go of.
PS: The tag was "Kurt Wagner/Warren Worthington III", but technically that situation makes little sense for Warren, and the guy listed in the Apocalypse credits is only called Angel, so feel free to think of him as Warren or some other winged mutant.
Prompt possibilities: Kurt is also made a horseperson of the apocalypse and he and Angel bond under En Sabah Nur's slight mental pressure. Angel lives, the X-Men drag him home and Kurt basically takes responsibility for him. If going on the assumption that Angel is Warren, what the hell happened to land him in Berlin cage matches, taking his backstory from the previous timeline into account, and what impact could that have on him while Kurt's in the picture? AU where there's no En Sabah Nur awakening, and either they escape the cage matches together with Raven and make a new life, or are stuck in that mess and forced to support each other.
Chronicles of Narnia - Fanart, fanfiction
Lasaraleen/Aravis - They're such opposites and don't see eye to eye ... but also can't help but feel affection for and a tie to each other at the same time. I'd love something where they're still basically opposites but see more of each other's points of view and respect each other, preferably set when they're a little older than in canon and have gained more perspective. But growing closer in a pre-canon scenario, where they're probably at their most clashing what with Aravis being allowed to be more tomboyish, would also be great.
Prompt possibilities: gradually shifting closer and closer together at some gathering where they realise that they have the best chance of getting along with each other, out of everyone there. Lasaraleen pampering and indulging Aravis as much as she likes to be indulged herself. AU where they can court and sort of eye-rollingly go along with it under family pressure, and then get deeply indignant when it's suggested that maybe it would be best to look for a different match - no, they want this one. Meeting again in later years, travelling back and forth between countries. A (fairly) stable Cor\Aravis/Lasaraleen arrangement. Encountering a frightening, aggressive being - I'm fond of how terrifying that werewolf in Prince Caspian was, but anything will do - and having to hold their own against it (and it would be nice if a different, frightening-but-good being helping out at some point, but preferably not Aslan). Riding a magic carpet.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn! - Fanfiction
Haru/Kyoko - I have reached a point where I think of them as The Marrieds. These two mash my buddyshipping buttons SO HARD, and the sympathy and empathy they have with each other makes me want to see them as a solid, loving team. They snap together like puzzle pieces in the good times, and only pull together further and give each other support when things turn terrible. I adore that last view of the TYL versions where they're clasping hands and leaning into each other.
Prompt possibilities: proposal or wedding or slice-of-married-life fic (I was serious about that "The Marrieds" thing). Haru getting Kyoko into a weird and wacky adventure and Kyoko participating delightedly. Dealing with Kyoko's trauma-induced mental block in the Millefiore arc. AU where TYL Hana doesn't rescue Kyoko and she gets captured by the Millefiore - and maybe Haru is part of a rescue team, maybe Kyoko finds she misses Haru particularly hard, maybe it's an aftermath fic where Haru stands by Kyoko during her recovery... If you'd like to do PWP, the KHR section of my Smut Swap letter has some things I'd enjoy applied to this ship.
Enma/Adelheid - loyalty kink and mutual respect. It's that simple. Enma is the picture of lie-down-before-you-hurt-yourself, Adelheid is a take-charge, no-nonsense leader; but she believes in him as the Simon boss, he trusts her to do what's best for all of them, and there's no resentment about their overlapping roles and they also balance each other out in their approaches. (I do think Enma would prefer to have nothing to do with his role as a Mafia boss as such, but didn't get the feeling that he had an issue with Adelheid so much as the situation.)
Prompt possibilities: AU with Adelheid as Enma's loyal knight. Leading the Simon together and ending up sort of accidentally and awkwardly married via the process. Scrambling to make reparations to/a stand against practically the entire Mafia community after having attacked everyone at the would-be Inheritance Ceremony. Anything TYL. Sparring together. Superhero AU or My Hero Academia fusion where they are heroes in training, or somehow ended up as (reluctant) villains. Parting to go to different universities (or something along those lines) and enjoying the breathing space but also desperate to reunite when the time comes.
G/Tsuna - I'm into this mostly because of episode 182 of the anime, because well, that's where they actually interact, and there's a lot of terrible, wonderful potential in how that interaction is built around G taking the form of Tsuna's close friend and screwing with his senses so that he won't be able to tell this is actually a stranger instead of Gokudera.
Prompt possibilities: G decides the Gokudera-Tsuna bond is not tight enough and continues his pseudo-Gokudera RP, but gets more attached to Tsuna than he should. TYL Tsuna and G bond about their very well-intentioned plans that seriously mess with people (maybe in a dreamscape, since the rings are destroyed in the Millefiore Arc future?). Con artist AU where G is running circles around his poor mark ... at least initially; maybe Tsuna's intuition kicks back into action after all.
Drawing from the manga only is cool too; ghost romance is the kind of thing I love, so exploring that in any way would be great. I also like the idea of them sorting out what it is they see in each other, with the similarities and contrasts to Giotto and Gokudera.
Prompt possibilities: Tsuna decides to befriend the Vongola Rings/Gear ghosts; it's mostly to weird other people out, but it actually works out pretty well for him - and especially him and G. An AU with G being alive - maybe he's fallen through time to fetch up at the Tenth Gen's door, he's some other supernatural creature, or he's finally tracked down these two clones that were illegally made of him and Giotto? For any story, I'd enjoy a scene with protectiveness - whether along the lines of Tsuna putting himself firmly between a threat and a ghost (who might not even need it), or something like G rising up out of the dark to keep the mini-boss safe. Something set TYL (or more) and the legends that have grown around Vongola Decimo and the shade that follows him.
Julie/Adelheid - I really enjoy the idea of 1) Julie going about his genial creeper ways and then finding himself overcome with the desire to show Adelheid more support and affection, and then he promptly goes ahead and does it, and 2) Adelheid going 'what the hell what the hell what the hell, Julie's mostly supposed to be irritating, why is he suddenly hot and also being bizarrely sincere and sweet'. The flashback glimpses of their relationship developing are a delightful mix of terrible/hilarious/touching, and I'd love more of that combo. (Julie learning to be less terrible would actually be a plus too, but when he's not possessed, at least I find him funny. His ringtone is 'Julie, so charming, so handsome', I can't resist that nonsense.)
Prompt possibilities: Horrible awkward adorable fumbling towards romance. Adelheid topping the living daylights out of Julie. Complete WAFF fic where they have a picnic date. Sparring together. Scrambling to make reparations to/a stand against practically the entire Mafia community after having attacked everyone at the would-be Inheritance Ceremony. Coping with Spade-induced trauma (seriously what was Julie's brain like after that long-term occupation). Anything TYL. Sexy uses for desert flame illusions. Parting to go to different universities (or something along those lines) and enjoying the breathing space but also desperate to reunite when the time comes.
Gokudera/Shittopi - they're so weird. So beautifully weird. I enjoy how they latch onto each other hard because of being caught up in their own points of view; it's funny but also has me interested in seeing more of them as reflections of each other. Ridiculous crack would be great, and so would something where they get a more solid basis for their relationship than ludicrous assumptions and can help each other grow out of their tendencies towards having a narrow POV.
Prompt possibilities: Going after UMAs/aliens/whatever together. Silliest rivalship dynamic ever due to arguing insistently that the other isn't human. Working together to get Simon stabilised and Vongola stronger. Dressing each other up. Anything TYL. A sex pollen fic with these two seems like something with great possibilities. Running into each other pre-canon, in Italy, and sticking together from there on (possibly with the rest of the Simon kids). Maybe, possibly an attempt at serious Shittopi backstory? This is not truly a character built for making sense but it could be interesting.
Haru/Adelheid - I was won over by this shipping manifesto, which paints a picture of mutually extremely passionate people who could be very good to and for each other. Also, size kink. I really like the idea of Haru finding a bond that matches the wild devotion that comes naturally to her. (And that it might include the rest of Simon in a familial way, as well as Adelheid.)
Prompt possibilities: Haru getting a job in the Vongola that gets her in tight with the Simon and, of course, Adelheid in particular. The "arranged marriage" or "fantasy AU" prompts from the general list would be especially nice for this ship. Haru meeting the Simon family early on instead of the Vongola, and getting caught up in the later fight on the Simon side. Adelheid topping the living daylights out of Haru. The Simon do various things to show the entire Vongola side that they're sorry about all the fighting and attempted murder, including the girls, and somehow it ends up with Adelheid and Haru going on what look a lot like dates.
Fullmetal Alchemist - Fanfiction
Lan Fan/Mei - Two dutiful, skilled people, antagonistic towards each other, who have to learn to get along despite lingering friction because they've got an entire country that needs taking care of and shared secrets about their time in Amestris that bind them together. And then they find they get along far too well. The way Ling carts Mei off at the end makes me think that he's ready to start treating her as an ally and quite possibly a sister, and I'd like that because it gives even more of a reason for her and Lan Fan to interact more. With aged-up Mei, please!
Prompt possibilities: they insist they don't get along up until someone messes with one and the other discovers ferocious protective urges. Going too far during sparring practice/battle, and then having to make up for it. Helping each other improve on various fronts - court manners, different fighting styles, etc. The tension of being in a co-conspiracy with someone you're not truly sure you can trust. Learning to balance the things they have to do and their original loyalties with growing feelings for each other. Space AU where one or both are aliens, they feel fundamentally incompatible and don't want to be anywhere near each other, but eventually find there are ways in which they're well-suited to work together (among other things, wink wink, nudge nudge). Going on a secret mission, just the two of them.
Mad Max: Fury Road - Fanfiction
General notes and prompts:
Please, no AUs where the wives are recaptured and Citadel life goes on as it did before.
No rape at all in the fic's timeline, even off-screen, please, though backstory stuff is fine.
Playing with names/titles would be interesting, since the characters have names that could have as much to do with how others perceive them as to what they were called when they were born.
For keeping War Boys alive longer than canon indicates is likely (quite aside from surviving the various explosions) you could make it so their living conditions caused them to be sick. I've seen tuberculosis named as something that could account for Nux's symptoms and that could be recovered from.
If you want to bring in supernatural elements, please go for it - I'm especially fond of gods and visions.
Slit/Toast - Two doses of anger, aggression, and violence for the price of one! I just want them to fight and snipe and accidentally get each other really well, and should they start fighting on the same side then the other side needs to be prepared for total onslaught, take no prisoners. I also like the idea that both of them are working on the "we are not things" line of thinking. Toast talks about herself and to a certain extent the other wives as commodities ("Don't damage the goods", her remark about Angharad's wounded leg) - is that because it's how she expects others to see her? She's internalised being a "thing" that much? And Slit probably doesn't really see or want to see any problem with what Immortan Joe did.
Prompt possibilities: Toast is part of the Citadel defense force and teams up with Slit at least part of the time; Slit makes them matching knuckledusters; courtship ensues? Modern AU with gangster Slit needing the help of lawyer Toast. Or they're both lawyers coming up against each other. Toast is with him mostly as a test to herself - what can she take, in this world she's no longer used to? Dealing with ghosts from the fury road together, despite the fact that Toast doesn't believe in them.
Max/Nux - Max bringing Nux a boot was a weird, surprising, and heart-warming moment after they'd been violent and impersonal (depersonalised!) up to that point. And then there was Nux listening to the redemption vs. hope conversation between Max and Furiosa - he came down on the side of hope during the decision to take over the Citadel, opposite to Max's approach but not in a way that made him seem like he was meant to be wrong. There's a sense of both of them going through similar things, or being at different points of the same line of development, and it makes me feel like they could be so good to and for each other.
Prompt possibilities: Four times the gates were open to Nux and he turned away; a legend of Immortan Nux builds around this, whoops. Nux's attitude helps Max realise that in this case the redemption vs. hope word games comes down to pretty much the same thing and it screws with Max's head whole and entire because he's not ready to think that positively. Them being nice to each other a lot, especially if it's kind of by accident: bringing each other stuff because they thought it would be appreciated, practical, personal, or affectionate. Anything with Nux-->Max hero worship. For a creepy dynamic, Nux getting possessive over his v. good delicious crazy blood bag; it's good luck and he is so fond of it.
The Dag/Cheedo - I adore how Cheedo and the Dag are constantly at each other's sides. It looks like they share a single pair of gloves, which, omg, adorable. They generally have an air of intense support and sharing of personal space, an almost desperation to be together, and I want more of that, please. The Dag seems like she could have a somewhat nervous personality as well, being singled out as a weirdo via her name, her spending a lot of time curled into herself, and with the way she's chewing her fingernails as the lift ascends at the end of the movie, so I'd prefer that it's not only Cheedo as "the fragile" one who likes having the support.
Prompt possibilities: Riding out across the salt instead of turning back to the Citadel and running into strange things. Sharing clothes aside from that glove, despite having very different tastes (would be nice for modern AU). The Dag is a captured outsider who gets assessed as a feral (keep muzzled! - she bit Nux when he first broke into the War Rig, after all), Joe tries to get his current wives to tame her, and she and Cheedo bond. Politicking with outsiders - Buzzards, Crow People from the swamp, Gas Town and the Bullet Farm, or others; I'd love it if they had to act as spies. The Dag has magic powers. I got back into Katekyo Hitman Reborn at the same time as getting into Fury Road, and now I want Cheedo with a mist flame and doing cool things with it. AU with witch-queen Dag going to negotiate with fairy queen Cheedo (or something along those lines).
Crossovers - Fanart, fanfiction
Clark Kent (Smallville)/Jim Kirk (Star Trek Reboot) - I'm going off two things here: heroes and isolation. (Three: I think they're hot. Ahem.) They both have legacies that weigh on them, they're both heading for greater things, they both spent a lot of time feeling hard done by and alone. They could connect out there in the US Midwest. So then instead of Kansas, the Kent family live in Iowa, or the Kirk family lives in Smallville instead of Riverside. Or maybe they travel via running (Clark) or motorbike (Jim), and in doing so meet.
Prompt possibilities: It would be interesting to see Clark growing up in the Star Trek setting where he wouldn't have to hide his powers - but also, people are well aware that the meteor rocks came along with his arrival and some blame might go his way, and possibly all the "birth dad wants him to conquer Earth" stuff is common knowledge too. Time travel or universe-hopping would also work, and could make for a fun adventure story, maybe with a "how do I get back home/help him get home?" plot. For a different kind of adventure story, there could be meteor mutants who have to be stopped from doing X evil thing, and Jim lends help ... or might be a meteor mutant himself, and looking for ways to fight the turn towards aggression and irrationality that seems to come with it. Anything with Jim/red kryptonite Clark. I'd love art that had a scene of them meeting either at low points during their teen years, or at a high point later on - maybe Jim on the deck of the Enterprise, Clark out in space looking back at him. Art with Clark at Starfleet Academy with Jim would be really nice, he'd rock that uniform. ...and Jim/red kryptonite Clark. Some running of fingers through hair would also make for a nice pic.
One thing: If the George Kirk backstory comes up, I'd prefer it to be as dramatic as it was in the movie. Modern AU normal versions of it don't hit the spot for me, so whatever the setting, please make use of sci-fi wackiness or some other extraordinary equivalent.
Bruce Banner (Marvel Cinematic Universe)/Gamzee Makara (Homestuck) - I love these characters and want 1) good things for them, and also 2) to see them wrecked and distraught. And there's potential for tragedy, happiness, or both in the fact that Gamzee has superpowers related to anger and could maybe control Hulk. The question is, are there two monsters involved here or only one? Bruce might be relieved to have someone who could put the Hulk back in the box or be able to aim him better, or he might be terrified to be out of control in a new way. Gamzee might want to use Bruce/Hulk in service of his god(s) and/or for other terrible goals, or might simply love the company of someone as messed-up by rage and as isolated as him.
This request is exempt from my dislike of unhappy endings. Twist the knife if you want! I would prefer to avoid "relentless angst", though, which just means that if it's a fic or comic, I'd like the story to have humour or light-hearted moments even if it is dark. One-sided Gamzee-->Bruce is fine, especially if there's an age gap. I tend to think Gamzee's seagoat-daddy issues mean that he might easily be too into having kindly older dudes around, but OTOH I can't see Bruce reciprocating towards someone young unless the situation is deeply messed up and his judgment has tanked (which I would have no problem with). Any quadrant works.
Prompt possibilities: Alternian invasion that the Avengers (or a different grouping of superheroes) have to try and repel, and then Gamzee and Bruce meet and some kind of serendipity kicks in. Gamzee and Bruce/Hulk fighting together, maybe against an entirely different alien invasion. Homestuck ending with its cast getting the MCU as the new universe they're supposed to live in. Grandpa Harley had an Iron Man suit, so let's randomly take that as an indication there's a dimensional wrinkle into the MCU that Gamzee drops into - maybe while in the fridge, and looking in need of help that Bruce decides to give. Gamzee is a new young superhero and Bruce is deemed the best person to mentor him (and for art, I'd love to see Gamzee in a superhero outfit, humanstuck or otherwise). Music tames the savage beast, so Gamzee raps soothingly at Bruce/Hulk; it can be terrible, great, or too damn creepy to be soothing but at least hitting 'distracting'. Art with face-paps as Bruce tries to wrestle back the Hulk. Bruce --> Gamzee face-paps, preferably just to cheer Gamzee up, would also be great. The two of them riding monsters together - maybe the old goat when Gamzee takes Bruce home to meet the lusus, or maybe one of those flying Chitauri beasts.
Pacific Rim - Fanart, fanfiction
Mako/Stacker - 'Sensei, aishiteru' got me going WAIT, WHAT, and shortly afterwards concluding: suppressed one-sided longing taking its final chance for expression. I'd like anything with a dynamic where Mako had a hero worship crush on the man who saved her and took her in, which later turned serious. Requited love is very welcome but not necessary, but I'd much prefer it to happen once Mako is an adult. From Stacker's side, it's fine if he thinks of her as a daughter, but in that case please keep it unrequited. If he took his cue from Mako going with 'sensei' and thought of himself as a mentor, or started off thinking of her as a daughter but over the years felt like it didn't fit, then romance would work for me.
Prompt possibilities: Looking at Mako's different, messy feelings for Stacker, seeing him as e.g. hero, mentor, leader, surrogate father, romantic figure. 'Sensei, aishiteru' getting blurted out in context where it's not immediately followed by death and things change between them. Art of that timeless classic, sharing an umbrella. Ooh, or standing in the rain and staring at each other so hard (in love, despair, desperation?) they hardly notice the weather. Anything about what it would take to get Stacker admitting he returns Mako's feelings; he holds himself to such rigid standards that it would require something on level of an empire collapsing (but that's cool, I'd love that). Criminal AU - this can be a complete AU or canon-aligned, with Stacker having to do even more dodgy things to keep funding for the Jaeger programme than he already did; for art I'd love something that riffs off old US gangster movies - tommy guns, long coats, hats pulled low over faces, etc.

Girl Genius - Fanfiction
Malek/Varpa - Just as a reminder, these guys: Varpa, Malek. They enjoy kissing so much! Even knowing it's a distraction tactic used between them, they really, really like the kissing! I love that slight tension between the fake and real feelings and how fast the real feelings seem to have settled in strongly, and these two doing cool Smoke Knight tricks off the cuff (even if that does occasionally go wrong, too, especially since now that there's always someone watching).
Prompt possibilities: their training as Smoke Knights and noticing each other then. Bonding over things they've been through and how nuts the family they serve is. Circumstances forcing them to break loyalties at least temporarily and run off together (possibly with Agatha & Co, possibly alone). Getting into a stereotypical adventure narrative - like a Heterodyne Boys type story, or maybe meeting Othar and getting caught up in his view of the world - and throwing things off because they're the main characters when they're supposed to be faceless background ninjas. Anything exploring those alluded-to kissing encounters. And maybe what happens once the 'distraction' mission is supposed to end (hopefully, star-crossed Smoke Knight love).
X-Men (Alternate Timeline) - Fanfiction
I ended up wanting similar things in several cases, so prompts that could (mostly) apply to multiple ships are grouped together.
General prompts, for any ships:
Sexy use of powers is always good. Maybe someone even has a secret secondary mutation that only becomes relevant in the bedroom.
En Sabah Nur wins, but without getting his mitts on Charles - maybe Kurt bamfs him away before a connection can be established. Couple of choice bonds post-apocalyptically.
A New Adventure comes along - maybe something to do with Stryker, Essex Corp, or an unfilmed comic book arc - and the characters have to rise to the occasion. Future fic with an established couple would be nice.
Jean/En Sabah Nur - he was so happy to be ultra-murdered by her. I just want En Sabah Nur to be enamoured of Jean as his batshit ideal come to life and Jean being a badass beyond belief, the only one who can (mostly) be safe from him. It doesn't have to be the whole of the dynamic, but at some point in the story, please.
Charles/En Sabah Nur - Charles never ever giving up, and En Sabah Nur doing his mix of objectification, loving thankfulness and semi-real concern. Please bring on the creepiness, violence, determination, and nightmare tenderness.
Prompt possibilities:
En Sabah Nur is the Professor, Charles or Jean is the ancient awakened mutant. They can have their canon good/evil alignments or not.
Preincarnation fic, set in Egypt or somewhere else En Sabah Nur popped up, with a historical version of Jean or Charles there.
En Sabah Nur creeps on Jean and Charles at the same time. (And anyone else, really, bring it.)
The Phoenix Force magically burns away the blue and frowny upper layers and reveals the Oscar Isaac-looking fella sacrificed to Apocalypse, for the shallow among us (me). The X-Men let him live because he says he's not En Sabah Nur anymore, though the psychics can't penetrate his mind sufficiently to be sure. He and Charles and/or Jean end up keeping close watch on each other...
I uh also just want modern AU as thinly veiled excuse for kink. En Sabah Nur is a supposedly upstanding businessperson and let's say that Jean is meeting him for a scholarship interview or Charles is petitioning him as a leading mutant figure to help fund a scholarship; manipulation and dubcon ensues. Or he's a creepy-ass sugar daddy to one of them up until they turn the tables on him.
En Sabah Nur wakes up during the DoFP timeline and finds a Charles far more susceptible to being led astray.
Jean/Scott - two outcasts-among-outcasts and awkward forces of nature find each other, I d'aaww like anything.
Scott/Kurt - dorks be dorking. I love how Scott starts leading eager-to-please Kurt astray, except for how Scott is actually just a nice kid who wants to have fun and make sure the new guy does too.
Jean/Charles - why the hell did you get onto her bed, Charles. Also his complete belief in her, I liked that. I'd prefer the dynamics to be mutual, not manipulative, and possibly with the two of them having slightly off-centre moralities owing to constant exposure to others' thoughts.
Peter/Scott - Scott starting to come into his own as a leader in the X-Men team, Peter starting to get his life together and taking more responsibility on. They end up supporting each other a lot.
Kurt/Peter - Peter actually might lead eager-to-please Kurt astray a little, which would also be fun. Also, if delving into angsty circus backstory for Kurt, I can see him confiding in Peter, maybe because Peter's a little rougher around the edges than the others.
Prompt possibilities:
That speech of Raven's at the end was intense. How willing are the kids to internalise that? Do they take their soldierly training to heart, or do they find different ways of going about becoming X-Men?
I loved Kurt going to the movies with no fuss about his obviously being a mutant. More movie dates! Or, since that's less likely with the barely-averted apocalypse making anti-mutant sentiment rise, other cute, normal date things he could do under cover of darkness, or maybe he takes Hank's meds sometimes.
Peter keeps an extra-close eye on Scott in a kind of atonement for not saving Alex. I'd prefer this not to be super angsty or full of guilt, though, and for a different dynamic to develop out of it by the end.
Some of the things Jean doesn't let on she knows about other people, keeping secrets safe even when it makes her feel there's a slightly uncomfortable connection between them now.
Keeping Peter company while his leg's healing from Apocalypse breaking it, talking about everything that happened and what to do in the future, developing feelings...
Meeting the parents (though not necessarily to come out to them). It could be hilarious to introduce Peter to the Summerses on any basis, and Peter's poor mother wouldn't know what to do with her son making friends with fairly well-adjusted people. If Charles sees Jean's parents again at parent-teacher day at some point after getting inappropriate with her, I would enjoy that incredible awkwardness very much. Sad take: Jean lends Scott support as he breaks the news of Alex's death to his parents, and tells them some of Alex's thoughts.
Kurt/Angel - ha well, that announcer at the cage matches had a point regarding how cool the angel/demon imagery is. I'd love something where they hash out their forced antagonism brought on by the first fight and face the idea that there's a lot more to each other than that, and they like the rest of it even when the antagonism is hard to let go of.
PS: The tag was "Kurt Wagner/Warren Worthington III", but technically that situation makes little sense for Warren, and the guy listed in the Apocalypse credits is only called Angel, so feel free to think of him as Warren or some other winged mutant.
Prompt possibilities: Kurt is also made a horseperson of the apocalypse and he and Angel bond under En Sabah Nur's slight mental pressure. Angel lives, the X-Men drag him home and Kurt basically takes responsibility for him. If going on the assumption that Angel is Warren, what the hell happened to land him in Berlin cage matches, taking his backstory from the previous timeline into account, and what impact could that have on him while Kurt's in the picture? AU where there's no En Sabah Nur awakening, and either they escape the cage matches together with Raven and make a new life, or are stuck in that mess and forced to support each other.
Chronicles of Narnia - Fanart, fanfiction
Lasaraleen/Aravis - They're such opposites and don't see eye to eye ... but also can't help but feel affection for and a tie to each other at the same time. I'd love something where they're still basically opposites but see more of each other's points of view and respect each other, preferably set when they're a little older than in canon and have gained more perspective. But growing closer in a pre-canon scenario, where they're probably at their most clashing what with Aravis being allowed to be more tomboyish, would also be great.
Prompt possibilities: gradually shifting closer and closer together at some gathering where they realise that they have the best chance of getting along with each other, out of everyone there. Lasaraleen pampering and indulging Aravis as much as she likes to be indulged herself. AU where they can court and sort of eye-rollingly go along with it under family pressure, and then get deeply indignant when it's suggested that maybe it would be best to look for a different match - no, they want this one. Meeting again in later years, travelling back and forth between countries. A (fairly) stable Cor\Aravis/Lasaraleen arrangement. Encountering a frightening, aggressive being - I'm fond of how terrifying that werewolf in Prince Caspian was, but anything will do - and having to hold their own against it (and it would be nice if a different, frightening-but-good being helping out at some point, but preferably not Aslan). Riding a magic carpet.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn! - Fanfiction
Haru/Kyoko - I have reached a point where I think of them as The Marrieds. These two mash my buddyshipping buttons SO HARD, and the sympathy and empathy they have with each other makes me want to see them as a solid, loving team. They snap together like puzzle pieces in the good times, and only pull together further and give each other support when things turn terrible. I adore that last view of the TYL versions where they're clasping hands and leaning into each other.
Prompt possibilities: proposal or wedding or slice-of-married-life fic (I was serious about that "The Marrieds" thing). Haru getting Kyoko into a weird and wacky adventure and Kyoko participating delightedly. Dealing with Kyoko's trauma-induced mental block in the Millefiore arc. AU where TYL Hana doesn't rescue Kyoko and she gets captured by the Millefiore - and maybe Haru is part of a rescue team, maybe Kyoko finds she misses Haru particularly hard, maybe it's an aftermath fic where Haru stands by Kyoko during her recovery... If you'd like to do PWP, the KHR section of my Smut Swap letter has some things I'd enjoy applied to this ship.
Enma/Adelheid - loyalty kink and mutual respect. It's that simple. Enma is the picture of lie-down-before-you-hurt-yourself, Adelheid is a take-charge, no-nonsense leader; but she believes in him as the Simon boss, he trusts her to do what's best for all of them, and there's no resentment about their overlapping roles and they also balance each other out in their approaches. (I do think Enma would prefer to have nothing to do with his role as a Mafia boss as such, but didn't get the feeling that he had an issue with Adelheid so much as the situation.)
Prompt possibilities: AU with Adelheid as Enma's loyal knight. Leading the Simon together and ending up sort of accidentally and awkwardly married via the process. Scrambling to make reparations to/a stand against practically the entire Mafia community after having attacked everyone at the would-be Inheritance Ceremony. Anything TYL. Sparring together. Superhero AU or My Hero Academia fusion where they are heroes in training, or somehow ended up as (reluctant) villains. Parting to go to different universities (or something along those lines) and enjoying the breathing space but also desperate to reunite when the time comes.
G/Tsuna - I'm into this mostly because of episode 182 of the anime, because well, that's where they actually interact, and there's a lot of terrible, wonderful potential in how that interaction is built around G taking the form of Tsuna's close friend and screwing with his senses so that he won't be able to tell this is actually a stranger instead of Gokudera.
Prompt possibilities: G decides the Gokudera-Tsuna bond is not tight enough and continues his pseudo-Gokudera RP, but gets more attached to Tsuna than he should. TYL Tsuna and G bond about their very well-intentioned plans that seriously mess with people (maybe in a dreamscape, since the rings are destroyed in the Millefiore Arc future?). Con artist AU where G is running circles around his poor mark ... at least initially; maybe Tsuna's intuition kicks back into action after all.
Drawing from the manga only is cool too; ghost romance is the kind of thing I love, so exploring that in any way would be great. I also like the idea of them sorting out what it is they see in each other, with the similarities and contrasts to Giotto and Gokudera.
Prompt possibilities: Tsuna decides to befriend the Vongola Rings/Gear ghosts; it's mostly to weird other people out, but it actually works out pretty well for him - and especially him and G. An AU with G being alive - maybe he's fallen through time to fetch up at the Tenth Gen's door, he's some other supernatural creature, or he's finally tracked down these two clones that were illegally made of him and Giotto? For any story, I'd enjoy a scene with protectiveness - whether along the lines of Tsuna putting himself firmly between a threat and a ghost (who might not even need it), or something like G rising up out of the dark to keep the mini-boss safe. Something set TYL (or more) and the legends that have grown around Vongola Decimo and the shade that follows him.
Julie/Adelheid - I really enjoy the idea of 1) Julie going about his genial creeper ways and then finding himself overcome with the desire to show Adelheid more support and affection, and then he promptly goes ahead and does it, and 2) Adelheid going 'what the hell what the hell what the hell, Julie's mostly supposed to be irritating, why is he suddenly hot and also being bizarrely sincere and sweet'. The flashback glimpses of their relationship developing are a delightful mix of terrible/hilarious/touching, and I'd love more of that combo. (Julie learning to be less terrible would actually be a plus too, but when he's not possessed, at least I find him funny. His ringtone is 'Julie, so charming, so handsome', I can't resist that nonsense.)
Prompt possibilities: Horrible awkward adorable fumbling towards romance. Adelheid topping the living daylights out of Julie. Complete WAFF fic where they have a picnic date. Sparring together. Scrambling to make reparations to/a stand against practically the entire Mafia community after having attacked everyone at the would-be Inheritance Ceremony. Coping with Spade-induced trauma (seriously what was Julie's brain like after that long-term occupation). Anything TYL. Sexy uses for desert flame illusions. Parting to go to different universities (or something along those lines) and enjoying the breathing space but also desperate to reunite when the time comes.
Gokudera/Shittopi - they're so weird. So beautifully weird. I enjoy how they latch onto each other hard because of being caught up in their own points of view; it's funny but also has me interested in seeing more of them as reflections of each other. Ridiculous crack would be great, and so would something where they get a more solid basis for their relationship than ludicrous assumptions and can help each other grow out of their tendencies towards having a narrow POV.
Prompt possibilities: Going after UMAs/aliens/whatever together. Silliest rivalship dynamic ever due to arguing insistently that the other isn't human. Working together to get Simon stabilised and Vongola stronger. Dressing each other up. Anything TYL. A sex pollen fic with these two seems like something with great possibilities. Running into each other pre-canon, in Italy, and sticking together from there on (possibly with the rest of the Simon kids). Maybe, possibly an attempt at serious Shittopi backstory? This is not truly a character built for making sense but it could be interesting.
Haru/Adelheid - I was won over by this shipping manifesto, which paints a picture of mutually extremely passionate people who could be very good to and for each other. Also, size kink. I really like the idea of Haru finding a bond that matches the wild devotion that comes naturally to her. (And that it might include the rest of Simon in a familial way, as well as Adelheid.)
Prompt possibilities: Haru getting a job in the Vongola that gets her in tight with the Simon and, of course, Adelheid in particular. The "arranged marriage" or "fantasy AU" prompts from the general list would be especially nice for this ship. Haru meeting the Simon family early on instead of the Vongola, and getting caught up in the later fight on the Simon side. Adelheid topping the living daylights out of Haru. The Simon do various things to show the entire Vongola side that they're sorry about all the fighting and attempted murder, including the girls, and somehow it ends up with Adelheid and Haru going on what look a lot like dates.
Fullmetal Alchemist - Fanfiction
Lan Fan/Mei - Two dutiful, skilled people, antagonistic towards each other, who have to learn to get along despite lingering friction because they've got an entire country that needs taking care of and shared secrets about their time in Amestris that bind them together. And then they find they get along far too well. The way Ling carts Mei off at the end makes me think that he's ready to start treating her as an ally and quite possibly a sister, and I'd like that because it gives even more of a reason for her and Lan Fan to interact more. With aged-up Mei, please!
Prompt possibilities: they insist they don't get along up until someone messes with one and the other discovers ferocious protective urges. Going too far during sparring practice/battle, and then having to make up for it. Helping each other improve on various fronts - court manners, different fighting styles, etc. The tension of being in a co-conspiracy with someone you're not truly sure you can trust. Learning to balance the things they have to do and their original loyalties with growing feelings for each other. Space AU where one or both are aliens, they feel fundamentally incompatible and don't want to be anywhere near each other, but eventually find there are ways in which they're well-suited to work together (among other things, wink wink, nudge nudge). Going on a secret mission, just the two of them.
Mad Max: Fury Road - Fanfiction
General notes and prompts:
Please, no AUs where the wives are recaptured and Citadel life goes on as it did before.
No rape at all in the fic's timeline, even off-screen, please, though backstory stuff is fine.
Playing with names/titles would be interesting, since the characters have names that could have as much to do with how others perceive them as to what they were called when they were born.
For keeping War Boys alive longer than canon indicates is likely (quite aside from surviving the various explosions) you could make it so their living conditions caused them to be sick. I've seen tuberculosis named as something that could account for Nux's symptoms and that could be recovered from.
If you want to bring in supernatural elements, please go for it - I'm especially fond of gods and visions.
Slit/Toast - Two doses of anger, aggression, and violence for the price of one! I just want them to fight and snipe and accidentally get each other really well, and should they start fighting on the same side then the other side needs to be prepared for total onslaught, take no prisoners. I also like the idea that both of them are working on the "we are not things" line of thinking. Toast talks about herself and to a certain extent the other wives as commodities ("Don't damage the goods", her remark about Angharad's wounded leg) - is that because it's how she expects others to see her? She's internalised being a "thing" that much? And Slit probably doesn't really see or want to see any problem with what Immortan Joe did.
Prompt possibilities: Toast is part of the Citadel defense force and teams up with Slit at least part of the time; Slit makes them matching knuckledusters; courtship ensues? Modern AU with gangster Slit needing the help of lawyer Toast. Or they're both lawyers coming up against each other. Toast is with him mostly as a test to herself - what can she take, in this world she's no longer used to? Dealing with ghosts from the fury road together, despite the fact that Toast doesn't believe in them.
Max/Nux - Max bringing Nux a boot was a weird, surprising, and heart-warming moment after they'd been violent and impersonal (depersonalised!) up to that point. And then there was Nux listening to the redemption vs. hope conversation between Max and Furiosa - he came down on the side of hope during the decision to take over the Citadel, opposite to Max's approach but not in a way that made him seem like he was meant to be wrong. There's a sense of both of them going through similar things, or being at different points of the same line of development, and it makes me feel like they could be so good to and for each other.
Prompt possibilities: Four times the gates were open to Nux and he turned away; a legend of Immortan Nux builds around this, whoops. Nux's attitude helps Max realise that in this case the redemption vs. hope word games comes down to pretty much the same thing and it screws with Max's head whole and entire because he's not ready to think that positively. Them being nice to each other a lot, especially if it's kind of by accident: bringing each other stuff because they thought it would be appreciated, practical, personal, or affectionate. Anything with Nux-->Max hero worship. For a creepy dynamic, Nux getting possessive over his v. good delicious crazy blood bag; it's good luck and he is so fond of it.
The Dag/Cheedo - I adore how Cheedo and the Dag are constantly at each other's sides. It looks like they share a single pair of gloves, which, omg, adorable. They generally have an air of intense support and sharing of personal space, an almost desperation to be together, and I want more of that, please. The Dag seems like she could have a somewhat nervous personality as well, being singled out as a weirdo via her name, her spending a lot of time curled into herself, and with the way she's chewing her fingernails as the lift ascends at the end of the movie, so I'd prefer that it's not only Cheedo as "the fragile" one who likes having the support.
Prompt possibilities: Riding out across the salt instead of turning back to the Citadel and running into strange things. Sharing clothes aside from that glove, despite having very different tastes (would be nice for modern AU). The Dag is a captured outsider who gets assessed as a feral (keep muzzled! - she bit Nux when he first broke into the War Rig, after all), Joe tries to get his current wives to tame her, and she and Cheedo bond. Politicking with outsiders - Buzzards, Crow People from the swamp, Gas Town and the Bullet Farm, or others; I'd love it if they had to act as spies. The Dag has magic powers. I got back into Katekyo Hitman Reborn at the same time as getting into Fury Road, and now I want Cheedo with a mist flame and doing cool things with it. AU with witch-queen Dag going to negotiate with fairy queen Cheedo (or something along those lines).
Crossovers - Fanart, fanfiction
Clark Kent (Smallville)/Jim Kirk (Star Trek Reboot) - I'm going off two things here: heroes and isolation. (Three: I think they're hot. Ahem.) They both have legacies that weigh on them, they're both heading for greater things, they both spent a lot of time feeling hard done by and alone. They could connect out there in the US Midwest. So then instead of Kansas, the Kent family live in Iowa, or the Kirk family lives in Smallville instead of Riverside. Or maybe they travel via running (Clark) or motorbike (Jim), and in doing so meet.
Prompt possibilities: It would be interesting to see Clark growing up in the Star Trek setting where he wouldn't have to hide his powers - but also, people are well aware that the meteor rocks came along with his arrival and some blame might go his way, and possibly all the "birth dad wants him to conquer Earth" stuff is common knowledge too. Time travel or universe-hopping would also work, and could make for a fun adventure story, maybe with a "how do I get back home/help him get home?" plot. For a different kind of adventure story, there could be meteor mutants who have to be stopped from doing X evil thing, and Jim lends help ... or might be a meteor mutant himself, and looking for ways to fight the turn towards aggression and irrationality that seems to come with it. Anything with Jim/red kryptonite Clark. I'd love art that had a scene of them meeting either at low points during their teen years, or at a high point later on - maybe Jim on the deck of the Enterprise, Clark out in space looking back at him. Art with Clark at Starfleet Academy with Jim would be really nice, he'd rock that uniform. ...and Jim/red kryptonite Clark. Some running of fingers through hair would also make for a nice pic.
One thing: If the George Kirk backstory comes up, I'd prefer it to be as dramatic as it was in the movie. Modern AU normal versions of it don't hit the spot for me, so whatever the setting, please make use of sci-fi wackiness or some other extraordinary equivalent.
Bruce Banner (Marvel Cinematic Universe)/Gamzee Makara (Homestuck) - I love these characters and want 1) good things for them, and also 2) to see them wrecked and distraught. And there's potential for tragedy, happiness, or both in the fact that Gamzee has superpowers related to anger and could maybe control Hulk. The question is, are there two monsters involved here or only one? Bruce might be relieved to have someone who could put the Hulk back in the box or be able to aim him better, or he might be terrified to be out of control in a new way. Gamzee might want to use Bruce/Hulk in service of his god(s) and/or for other terrible goals, or might simply love the company of someone as messed-up by rage and as isolated as him.
This request is exempt from my dislike of unhappy endings. Twist the knife if you want! I would prefer to avoid "relentless angst", though, which just means that if it's a fic or comic, I'd like the story to have humour or light-hearted moments even if it is dark. One-sided Gamzee-->Bruce is fine, especially if there's an age gap. I tend to think Gamzee's seagoat-daddy issues mean that he might easily be too into having kindly older dudes around, but OTOH I can't see Bruce reciprocating towards someone young unless the situation is deeply messed up and his judgment has tanked (which I would have no problem with). Any quadrant works.
Prompt possibilities: Alternian invasion that the Avengers (or a different grouping of superheroes) have to try and repel, and then Gamzee and Bruce meet and some kind of serendipity kicks in. Gamzee and Bruce/Hulk fighting together, maybe against an entirely different alien invasion. Homestuck ending with its cast getting the MCU as the new universe they're supposed to live in. Grandpa Harley had an Iron Man suit, so let's randomly take that as an indication there's a dimensional wrinkle into the MCU that Gamzee drops into - maybe while in the fridge, and looking in need of help that Bruce decides to give. Gamzee is a new young superhero and Bruce is deemed the best person to mentor him (and for art, I'd love to see Gamzee in a superhero outfit, humanstuck or otherwise). Music tames the savage beast, so Gamzee raps soothingly at Bruce/Hulk; it can be terrible, great, or too damn creepy to be soothing but at least hitting 'distracting'. Art with face-paps as Bruce tries to wrestle back the Hulk. Bruce --> Gamzee face-paps, preferably just to cheer Gamzee up, would also be great. The two of them riding monsters together - maybe the old goat when Gamzee takes Bruce home to meet the lusus, or maybe one of those flying Chitauri beasts.

Mako/Stacker - 'Sensei, aishiteru' got me going WAIT, WHAT, and shortly afterwards concluding: suppressed one-sided longing taking its final chance for expression. I'd like anything with a dynamic where Mako had a hero worship crush on the man who saved her and took her in, which later turned serious. Requited love is very welcome but not necessary, but I'd much prefer it to happen once Mako is an adult. From Stacker's side, it's fine if he thinks of her as a daughter, but in that case please keep it unrequited. If he took his cue from Mako going with 'sensei' and thought of himself as a mentor, or started off thinking of her as a daughter but over the years felt like it didn't fit, then romance would work for me.
Prompt possibilities: Looking at Mako's different, messy feelings for Stacker, seeing him as e.g. hero, mentor, leader, surrogate father, romantic figure. 'Sensei, aishiteru' getting blurted out in context where it's not immediately followed by death and things change between them. Art of that timeless classic, sharing an umbrella. Ooh, or standing in the rain and staring at each other so hard (in love, despair, desperation?) they hardly notice the weather. Anything about what it would take to get Stacker admitting he returns Mako's feelings; he holds himself to such rigid standards that it would require something on level of an empire collapsing (but that's cool, I'd love that). Criminal AU - this can be a complete AU or canon-aligned, with Stacker having to do even more dodgy things to keep funding for the Jaeger programme than he already did; for art I'd love something that riffs off old US gangster movies - tommy guns, long coats, hats pulled low over faces, etc.
