Challenge me!
Not meaning to sound massively egotistical - a la Armand in Eldorado (me! me! me!) - but I have just returned to the Pimpernel fold after a weary leave of absence of, ooh, two years or so (betraying the Baroness with Jane Austen, I'm afraid). I have been easing myself back into the fandom, with a viewing of the 1934 film and a re-re-re-re-reading of Eldorado on Kindle (woot! for House of Stratus!), but would love to sink my teeth into writing more fan fiction.
However, I'm totally stuck for inspiration, so any ideas are welcome, please! Have you a certain scene, or pairing, or perspective, that you would like to read about? (I know fresh SP plot bunnies are a rare breed!) The more 'out there', or non-purist, the better - yes, I'm being daring! I have dabbled with smut!fic, character death, first person, etc., in the past, so anything goes.
I can't promise you will love what I produce, but I would love to start writing SP stories again.
