Its 30 actually. And I have at least one person on my flist who uses close to that...

But basically spot on otherwise. Then again I've got a paid account so the whole thing is irrelevant to me...

I pay for the user pics. :D Extra even.

(Also, I've very tempted to get a permenant account....)

But yeah, I don't see the big fuss over the ads thing.

I pay attention to Livejournal because I love Livejournal as the place that it is. That's why I got a paid account as soon as I knew there was one, and a permanent account when I learned about those. I can barely manage to remember I have 20 user pics, let alone deal with getting any more. I was fine when I only had 6. It's the friends I made that matter to me, not what pictures I place on my posts. Half the time, I just choose one at random anyway. "Hmm, haven't used that one in a while" -Frisk

In my day, our LJ didn't have ads... and we updated uphill both ways!

cheeerist. am i the only person that didn't notice? eek.

anywho, it was only a matter of time. what doesn't have ads these days? (even my "non commercial" radio station has underwriting, which is eerily close to ads...)

c'est la vie.

I didn't notice it either. I guess all my friends have paid accounts or are (like me) happy with free.
