...Just need to pick a fandom for it first. @__@
Saw Tangled last weekend and completely adored it. ♥ The music was great, and Rapunzel was full of spunk and energy and... I just loved the bejeezus out of it. But like most Disney princess movies, I don't really have any interest in fanfiction surrounding it, because the story stood on its own just fine, IMO. However, I will say that if KH3 doesn't get a world based on this movie I will be HELLA SAD. D:
Saw Megamind this weekend and completely adored it. ♥ When I first left the theater I was a little iffy about some parts (mostly to do with Hal; I think I was distracted by the weird resemblance he bears to Syndrome from The Incredibles except for how he's significantly less awesome). Also I felt like some of the script was a bit more cliche than I would have liked (of course now I can't think of examples off the top of my head, but anyway). But I went home and immediately sought out fanfiction for the movie, and now I'm kind of completely in love with the fandom. In a lurky kind of way, because I'm not good at socializing/diving headlong into discussions even though I love reading them. Discovered the
megamind_movie flashfic meme and holy SHIT, the writers in this fandom are talented. Like, goddamn. *__*
Sooooooo yeah. Fandoms are 'yay,' real life is pretty 'boo.' Thank god for books/video games/music/movies/TV/etc.
