What the hell, legs?
The backs of both my calves hurt so fucking badly I can barely walk. I've been doing the rower for 2 weeks now with minimal pain in my knees, and yet we have a fire drill at the office yesterday and I walk down eleven flights of stairs, go to bed feeling fine last night, and wake up in excruciating pain that's only gotten worse as the day's gone on. I know it had to have been the stairs, because going down stairs here at the house is AGONY.
What.

Fuck.
I knew I was out of shape, but really? And again, why from that but not from the rowing machine? And this was just going DOWN the stairs. I don't want to think about what kind of shape I'd be in right now if I'd also had to walk up eleven flights of stairs.
I REALLY DON'T NEED THIS RIGHT NOW, BODY.
I hate to do it because it's not a Monday or Friday and therefore not one of my self-designated off days, but there's no way in hell I'm getting on the rowing machine tonight. The last thing I want to do is exacerbate the problem.
