First of all, happy Memorial Day, people.
Second of all, this is kind of random, but I've been thinking about it for a long time. There was this dessert that Megan and I used to get in Japan at Torikizoku (affectionately known as the 280 yen place) called "marugoto ichigo aisu" (まるごと苺アイス) that was basically a hollowed-out strawberry with condensed milk poured into it and then frozen. They were really good, if difficult to eat, but I have no idea how to hollow out a strawberry without mangling it. MUST PREVAIL! They're good and I miss them and I want them, dang it.
First of all, though, I need to find some bigger strawberries.
