I know, I've been kinda dead for the past couple of days.
I blame magnetic ink.
Anyway, here's some precious eye-candy for those of you who love kittens.
Uh, these are both of them, sleeping in the sink. This was taken like.. a week ago. They don't sleep in the sink anymore. I know it's hard to tell, but one of them is long-haired and the other is short-haired. Which is really nice, because otherwise it'd be really hard to tell them apart. Anyway, the long haired one is very creatively named "Crookshanks" (OKAY, NOT MY FAULT, LILA NAMED HIM, NOT ME) and the short haired one is "Hobbes" as in, Calvin and Hobbes, because you know, Hobbes is a tiger and it totally works and it's an awesome name.
Sorry for the crappy picture quality, I blame photobucket and the camera. You know, it's one of those "easy-to-use" cameras that's built for morons who don't know how to use cameras, so there's no conceivable way to take decent pictures with it, because all the buttons on it are labled for 1st-graders.
This is Hobbes playing with a toy mouse, as if you couldn't tell that. This was also taken a week ago, and I'm pleased to report that his eyes are no longer gooby. Yes, "gooby" is a word.
I CAN HAS CHEEZBURGER?
Hobbes, sleeping on a towel, well not actually sleeping because I kinda woke him up. That's why his eyes are open.
Uh, I didn't put him in the washing machine. I swear.
Hobbes likes to sleep in the laundry...
LOOK AT HIS FACE! Isn't he cute? (Can you tell that Hobbes is my favorite?)
Uh, this one is clearly my favorite picture.
And that's it for now... I need more picture of Crookshanks. He really is a sweet kitten. Except when he, you know, grabs your hand and starts simultaneously biting and clawing you. No surprise there, though. A wise person once told me "Never trust anything fuzzy."
