Hah! Finally didn't competely fail at PVP in Aion today!
Of course I was on as Rayvond instead of Demi and that made a huge difference... Poor pair of Asmos came through and ran into Trevor (sorceror) and Rayvond (gladiator), both with DP charged.
We kind of raped them. Horribly. Trevor one-shotted the chanter, even. But it was fun, and I guess I see it as revenge for all the times Demi has been beaten to a pulp before I even knew what was happening.
Dual-wield is also pretty awesome. I prefer two swords on Rayvond, though, while I like "rapier and daggah" (>_>) on Enriqueta. Man I need to ascend her so I can have a priest, warrior, mage, and scout all ascended.
Can't wait till I hit 22 with Rayvond... He gets all kinds of fun new skills~
In other news, scored Best Craftsmanship at Geek.kon for the Guild Wars costumes. The other group I was with won Best in Expert Class. I guess we're all ranked as "Expert" cosplayers at smaller cons now.
The con was really fun!
I even got to see Nosferatu on the big screen! Well, sort of. On a projector, anyway. It was really awesome (it was 1 AM), but damn it hurt my eyes. Poor film quality when you're already tired will do that, though. I wanted to watch the 1925 Phantom of the Opera the next morning, but ended up not having time to.
Totally want to cosplay from Aion for Geek.Kon 2010. If I can ever pick an armor I would like to make...
