or how about what job in a shit town like albuquerque is gonna let you have tattoo and piercigs and let you express yourself freely in the way you dress?

you know this has been one of the better jobs i have..and i have had fucking shitty jobs...
i have even moved up in this jobs , unlike any other job i have
they give scholorships to their employees...they give most of the profit on band merch back to the bands.. does spencers do that?
they promote local shows and venues...
