Well, I barely ever write on this thing anymore, but this merits mentioning. I have met a girl, and we are now together. Her name is Kati, and she's amazing.
She doesnt go to Sonship, but she's expressed a desire to come when she can.
She goes to a strong body however (Four Oaks Community Church - ive visited it and it seems solid)
We actually met somewhat randomly - I was witnessing out at this hippie-joint where all the weirdos hang out...yeah...well anyway, I saw her there with a guy I had met on campus while doing Haven (campus green worship ministry), and so I just casually chatted with her, and thought nothing of it. It was a blind date for the two of them
Well, she came to Haven awhile ago, and at this point we still didn't really like eachother - she had mentioned that her and the other guy hadn't worked out...
And then a little time passed and I ended up adding her on facebook, and invited her to come hear my teaching at Sonship - at this point I had somewhat of a crush on her and I think the feeling was mutual. Anyway, after the teaching we went and ate w/ a few friends and then me and her went to get ice cream...and after that, we started talking and hanging out a lot and by the next Thursday night, we told eachother (AWKWARDLY) that we liked eachother, and we haven't looked back since.
She's an amazing girl who has her head on straight, has a ton in common with me, and loves Jesus. I couldn't ask for more.
