Drying Time
Originally uploaded by DemicentBailey was not thrilled to get a bath today. Once in a while I feel sorry for myself, with my little aches and pains and challenges. Last week I was walking on a crushed limestone path in a forest preserve when I heard a sound coming from behind me.

First a Husky dog wearing a harness emerged from the trees, followed by about 20 feet of Flexi leash, and then I was surprised to see an elderly gentleman in a battery operated wheelchair. It was one of those heavy duty all terrain type vehicles. We stopped and chatted for a few minutes.

When I want to walk in the woods, I grab my camera and pop in the car and go. When he wants to go, he has quite a bit of challenge just loading up and getting there.

If the desire is strong enough, you still go.
