[Backdated to early this morning, Mom is... well, borderline annoyed with herself. There isn't much to say, old habits took over and woke her from her sleep and before she knew it she was on her feet in the shared kitchen on the first floor making a big batch of oatmeal, sprinkled with cinnamon, vanilla, raisins, and all sorts of berries. Upon finishing did she finally remember (she hates raisins), there really wasn't any need to make this particular breakfast.
And with that, she ended up sitting outside back against a wall of CH1 (if she stayed in the kitchen any longer, the urge to throw it all out would have been too much and dammit, you don't waste food), bowl of oatmeal in her lap and a spoon held loosely in her grasp. The face she's making while she eats almost makes it look like the oatmeal itself is causing her grief.
